I’ve been a member since the very beginning! The gym is super welcoming, no matter your fitness level. Plus, the community is incredibly supportive and friendly. I can’t imagine working out anywhere else.
Best gym in New Haven.. The coaches are very knowledgeable and welcoming. Everyone is friendly and supportive. Strength Haven builds strength and confidence a very supportive community love it here. The music is also very good get your dance on while you work out . Highly recommend

I’ve been a member of strength haven since their doors opened back in 2023! This place is my second home! Coaches are knowledgeable and will take the time to make sure you feel comfortable and confident! Highly recommend if your looking for a gym with different options from CrossFit style classes, HYROX, Olympic lifting and more :)
