I had never done this type of workouts before but the environment is extremely welcoming and I am having a lot of fun!
The community and instructors are incredible
Strength Haven has been my favorite part of living in New Haven (and the best way to make friends). I have never been healthier or more confident, and this gym has played such a massive role. Prior to joining, I’d never really touched weights, but I tried a powerlifting mock meet recently!
