The community at this gym is amazing - inclusive of everyone, regardless of ability or intensity or identity. I’d never been to a gym where everyone knows each other. Every single coach I’ve taken a class with is awesome and always willing to think of adaptations when needed. I know they’re expanding soon and will diversify their classes a bit more too. Try the free week pass!

I had never done this type of workouts before but the environment is extremely welcoming and I am having a lot of fun!
