Before attending my first class at Strength Haven, I had never tried CrossFit before but decided to give it a try as it was a form of exercise within walking distance. I was met by kind, competent and patient trainers along with an encouraging group. I highly recommend this place to anyone curious about CrossFit.

A like this gym but they have to put more machines but is a hod gym
