Justin is fantastic at what he does! He is a Biomechanical specialist, if you have a sports injury or you are in need of something a little more specialized than physical therapy, Justin is your person! He is very good at helping relieve pain due to sports injuries, in my case, I was suffering from sciatica and then I had fusion of L4, L5. Justin’s has a passion for making every movement count. He makes sure every exercise is performed correctly to prevent injuries. He really makes his clients think about how they are moving and what areas of the body are affected by each movement.

I started seeing Justin because I was having muscle spasms due to my MS (Multiple Sclerosis), severe headaches, and was just in general pain all the time. As I researched massage therapists, Justin caught my eye because his bio talked about sports therapy, which has to do with injury prevention and proper functioning, not just rehabilitation. Before starting my Functional Patterns training with Justin, I had three world-class surgeons tell me I would have to have a knee replacement before I’m 40 in the next 5 years.
