Fantastically well equipped gym with awesome people. Supportive, friendly and helpful fellow members when you are just starting out with lifting and weight based fitness and training. 10/10 would recommend.
What can I say Costa and team Made me feel real welcome and supportive while I was down in Wellington looking after my daughter while she is going through chemotherapy for cancer it was the perfect place for me to carry on training and distress thank you again I will be back A real family ❤️🙏
