I’ve been going to S & E for a while now! Absolutely love this place! Gym owners are very sweet & friendly, as well as everyone else that works out there! Very spacious great equipment & even have gym classes for those who would like to work out in a group, if not they do have an open gym area when classes are going on. Very organized! I highly recommend this gym ((:
The coaches and owners are super friendly and helpful. Group class consists of stations with a couple of movements and you rotate through stations. Tons of scaling options for weights and movements. I think they also have an open gym option. Lots of equipment, bikes, rowers, dumbbells, kettle bells, bars and plates, squat racks etc. Everything was clean and in great condition.
S&E is one of the best gym classes I ever attended. Coach Irma and Chris are amazing and they are so welcoming. This gym treats you like family. 100% recommend.
