I highly recommend S&E! I've been a member for almost a year, and can confidently say that it is more than just a gym – it's a fitness haven that caters to every individual's needs. The staff and coaches are amazing, and enjoy the array of classes offered on a daily basis. They also offer 1:1 training, and open gym hours!

Everyone is so welcoming and push you to your limits especially the trainers. I have had a great experience here and I’ve been going since 2020. I see results and could never go back to any other gym.

I can't say enough about this gym, the owners at S&E are extremely welcoming and kind. I been working out for over 15 years and my biggest thing when shopping a gym is how the community feels followed by the quality of the workout. S&E really makes sure people feel welcome & supported in their fitness journey. After moving back to Austin from out of state, I joined a gym in the south Austin area but it did not have a sense of community that I felt connected toand lasted 6 months there.
