I recently joined Strength and Endurance Gym in Kyle, Texas, and I’m still trying to figure out how this place manages to be both welcoming and the reason my legs and arms feel like noodles every day in the best way possible. I’ve been going to S & E for a while now! Absolutely love this place! Gym owners are very sweet & friendly, as well as everyone else that works out there! Very spacious great equipment & even have gym classes for those who would like to work out in a group, if not they do have an open gym area when classes are going on. Very organized! The coaches and owners are super friendly and helpful. Group class consists of stations with a couple of movements and you rotate through stations. Tons of scaling options for weights and movements. I think they also have an open gym option. Lots of equipment, bikes, rowers, dumbbells, kettle bells, bars and plates, squat racks etc. Everything was clean and in great condition.
S&E is one of the best gym classes I ever attended. Coach Irma and Chris are amazing and they are so welcoming. This gym treats you like family. 100% recommend.
Irma & Chris are amazing. Gym is top notch, I recommend everyone to come try it out.
