S&E is one of the best gym classes I ever attended. Coach Irma and Chris are amazing and they are so welcoming. This gym treats you like family. 100% recommend.

This gym is perfect for anyone committed to starting their fitness journey. The atmosphere is welcoming, and full of positive vibes. The owner was so attentive when I reached out and connected me with my personal trainer, who has been incredible to work with. She really takes the time to teach me new things and push me in the best way possible. If you’re looking for a place where you can feel supported and stay consistent, this is it!
