This gym is everything! To start, Jack is the best personal trainer I’ve ever had! He sincerely cares about my fitness, health and well-being by helping me set goals and work hard to achieve them while tracking and celebrating progress. He holds me accountable! After consistently working out 4x a week, I am feeling super toned, with increased energy, improved strength and my confidence is soaring!
