Dr. Cordero Roche is a great coach! His adult group fitness classes are well organized and deliver results. I highly recommend giving Adam or Dr. Roche a call to join the group classes.

This gym is everything! To start, Jack is the best personal trainer I’ve ever had! He sincerely cares about my fitness, health and well-being by helping me set goals and work hard to achieve them while tracking and celebrating progress. He holds me accountable!
