Strength Camp Toronto is not only a gym where you grow stronger, but also a community where you feel supported, challenged and inspired. It is a community that tests your physical capabilities, and in turn, creates a deeper self Resilience that you never knew you had.
Since joining this camp/family I am much more comfortable and very confident with myself working out Coaches are very understanding and very supportive...After 2 years and change this place has become my family my second home a safe place where I can go and escape from the world and enjoy a good environment and great company
