Working with Sami has been life-changing to say the least. I went from physique goals, to strength goals, to health goals, and she was able to expertly guide me through every phase. Regardless of the goals I had, she was able to get me to those goals (including finally being able to get pregnant of nearly 8 years of trying!). Would highly recommend Sami regardless of your health & fitness goals.

I’m fortunate to have been working with Sami for almost 2 years. I’ve learned so much from her about nutrition and planning balanced meals.
