Easily the best gym I’ve trained at. Sophie and Damien are super personable and extremely knowledgeable - they’ll help you with whatever you’re training for and you can tell they genuinely care. The programs on the app are really well designed and not boring or generic. It’s not like an ordinary gym where you’re waiting around for machines - there’s always what you need. The best part though is the community… you actually feel like you belong.

Sooooo…..I’m not a member ! I just show up sporadically, train there some days and do training with Damien and sometimes Sophie when she’s hanging around ! ( mainly I get yelled at to do things that I don’t like to do ) I love being around the gym regardless of not being a member( just a rando showing up ) and writing a review for them would be like writing a novel ! Had an opportunity to trial Strength Block gym and it has been an amazing experience! Gym was well fitted out for all your fitness goals and a great and welcoming environment! Highly recommend for anyone no matter which stage of your fitness journey you’re at. ‍♀️

Awesome gym! I have been training here for the past 2 years, and never seen results like i have now, both physic and strength are better then ever. The best part is there are no crowds and all my programs are on the Strength Block App, so i know exactly what Im doing every day of the week. Damien and Sophie are always there to push me along and give sound advice as well. Highly recommend Strength Block!!!
