The owner is a laid back guy. Makes the sign up process super easy and simple. Paw Paw gym is nice and I personally enjoy the downstairs area. Its never crowded and allows for you to kind of do your own thing. Gull Rd is a great location too. More people are there but everyone I've met has been super friendly. They have a tanning bed and sauna which is always convenient to use before a workout or after. Plenty of nice equipment and overall a nice , chill atmosphere. I have been here a few times and just got a membership! I like that they have a sauna available and a ladies only area if I wanted to use it. They also have a room that’s great for posing. I like the different variety of machines as well there’s a few I haven’t seen before but are my new favorites. Highly recommend!
Nice gym + Nice people + Nice equipment= MY GYM!!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!! I love the fact that I can just drop in a location no matter what side of town I'm on!!!!
