This wellness center is wonderful. I regularly use their infrared sauna to aid in my Lyme disease recovery and this has been crucial to my progress. In addition, they have subscriptions for Netflix inside the sauna! So time goes by very fast in there. The staff are also wonderful, Elle and Cara-Michele are both professional and warm to all the customers and give fair prices for their services. OMG. Cara-Michele really knows how to use Acupuncture to treat swelling and injured muscles and trauma in the body!! I was unable to walk much without lower back pain. I have very little tightness after only a few treatments. My shoulder pain is almost null and void. My thumb pain is diminished immensely.
