Great Gym with nice new equipment and is open 24hrs! As a former NFL player, I have been to all types of gyms around the country and this has everything you need and it’s only $10 bucks a month. Strength and Fezek is so much nicer than others with way better equipment. The staff is polite and helpful! A++
Best gym I've ever been to, hands down. People there are usually very polite, lots of workout programs and options, very clean, fantastic recreational areas!
I began working out with Zachary in October 2020 as a present from my sweet son in law and daughter to help build my strength and endurance since I was then 70 years old. Zachary has been great, he pushes me to be better and stronger but does not push me too far. He is tough but in a good way. Zak is great! I came to him knowing what I wanted to accomplish, but no idea how to get there. He is great at giving positive praise, all while consistently pushing you to do your best. Since I have began training with him, I have lost 15 lbs, but even more noticeably, built muscle, and trimmed some inches. He even follows up on me between sessions, with a simple text asking me how I'm feeling and if im staying on track with things discussed during my sessions. I would absolutely recommend him and his facility.
