Love this gym!!! I'm really happy with the results I've gotten so far! The coaches do a great job with limited equipment and the smaller space we have. The location is very convenient, and there are many options of times to come workout (huge bonus!). The facilities are good, and I love how effective this place has been for me. This is truly a place you will feel welcome from the moment you step in the gym.
I cannot say enough great things about Strength Academy. I’m writing this review because unfortunately I’m moving out of state and won’t be able to continue my membership. I was retired, out of shape, and a little bit intimidated when I first walked in the door at SA last year. Emily, Taylor, AJ and Matraca are great coaches. Never any judgement, just always encouragement and challenges. I’m 57, and I haven’t felt this good in probably 15 years. I appreciate you!

There was great energy in class today. Movements were well explained and observed by the coach. Encouraging looks and comments make all the difference. Keep up the great work! These classes have me feeling stronger week after week.
