Writing this review to give a shout out to Joz! She’s been awesome since I started working out here! The gym is clean and everybody is always so friendly. The pricing fits my budget and since working with joz I’ve seen results in my workout!
Been working out at this gym for a few weeks now and happy to say I love it! It’s small but mighty! Never over crowded, and I can focus on my workout plan. The owner has been kind and welcoming! It’s a clean gym and I’m lucky to have found this gem!
Strength Academy in is incredible! The trainers are top-notch, creating a motivating and supportive environment. I've seen significant improvements in my strength and fitness levels since joining. It's a fantastic place to achieve your fitness goals. Highly recommend!
Honestly love the atmosphere great concept i hate commercial gyms id rather pay higher rates this feels like almost a personal gym expensive but worth every dollar to me im cutting down for the summer making some lifetstyle changes this place and its set up will allow me to achieve my goals in a timely manor
