Haven’t even been able to schedule an appointment. Horrible service, my referral was sent out a month ago & Ive been calling to schedule and they say they’ll have to call me back but they don’t. I’m out of my medication now and idk what to do! I had more than enough time to deal with it when my referral was originally sent but it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone from actually working at the office
My referral was sent in October of 2025z they’ve rescheduled me 4 times since. The latest reschedule was today the day of my appointment literally 1 hour before I was scheduled to be there. I needed to be seen today due to pregnancy. This is outright ridiculous
The front desk staff are extremely rude. They take zero accountability and have absolutely no compassion. I just watched a patient say they were going to kill themselves and the receptionist just laughed and took the next patient in line. This is the most unprofessional and unorganized doctors office I have ever gone to. I'm dropping my care here, it's not worth the danger to my health.
I cant even rate this under a one star...but I will be very honest and transparent about my experience with this incompetent office, let's start with the fact that if you call them you're getting someone in a foreign country and also on a foreign language that does not say what they're going to do like leaving notes or have the actual dr office call back i been calling them since Dec, so what did I decide to do?
