My referral was sent in October of 2025z they’ve rescheduled me 4 times since. The latest reschedule was today the day of my appointment literally 1 hour before I was scheduled to be there. I needed to be seen today due to pregnancy. This is outright ridiculous
The front desk staff are extremely rude. They take zero accountability and have absolutely no compassion. I just watched a patient say they were going to kill themselves and the receptionist just laughed and took the next patient in line. This is the most unprofessional and unorganized doctors office I have ever gone to. I'm dropping my care here, it's not worth the danger to my health.
I cant even rate this under a one star...but I will be very honest and transparent about my experience with this incompetent office, let's start with the fact that if you call them you're getting someone in a foreign country and also on a foreign language that does not say what they're going to do like leaving notes or have the actual dr office call back i been calling them since Dec, so what did I decide to do? Dr. Shah is the worst doctor i have ever seen. Her attitude is very disrespectful. She is arrogant. She does not know what she is doing!!!!!!
