I literally just walked in, no appointment, and I was greeted by friendly, helpful people at the front desk. The Dr, nurse and intern who saw me were professional, warm and genuine. I was very nervous and they gave me excellent care. Hopefully I don’t find a reason to return but definitely recommend this spot to anyone in need.
The receptionist is intentionally difficult which is unusual and cruel. I have a brain injury yet she refuses to answer yes or no questions and deflects after forgetting to book my appointment and have me waiting 8 months for nothing. She also kept telling me she emailed me a referral even though she knew it expired after one month but was acting like l still had access to it. The receptionist staff is extremely rude and not helpful. If you want to act like that why would you work in healthcare?
