Very disappointed with the lack of follow-up and service. We purchased our brand-new home in January 2025, and the grass, fence, and tree were all installed less than a year ago. We first reported issues with our front yard on June 3, 2026, including sinking soil, uneven grass, a damaged fence, and problems with the walkway. We have had excellent experiences dealing with Arno and the Warranty Repairs department. They have always been professional, responsive, and helpful, and they deserve 5 out of 5 stars. Unfortunately, our experience with the builder itself has been disappointing. Overall, the home and neighbourhood are good, but several issues that we raised after purchasing the home in 2020 were never properly addressed. Had an amazing experience with Streetside! Diana was so awesome and answered all my questions I had regarding my purchase, even to the extent of helping me with measurements for furniture while my place was being built!!
