I purchased three $400k townhouses from Streetside's subsidiary Qualico and took possession in December 2025. I am living in one and renting two out with the intention of purchasing more rentals in the future. Despite a positive start, the end of the process has pretty much ruined my opinion of the builder and I will be telling all of my friends and family to avoid them in the future. My overall experience was good with Streetside/Quailco. My sales representative Amir was helpful and responsive all the way through the process. The design team was great and helpful as well! However when it came to the inspection of the home, there were some major concerns. The biggest concern was the craftsmanship of the paint. All my black hinges were covered in white paint, paint on the floor, and just the overall craftsmanship of the paint on the walls wasnot acceptable toCanadianconstruction standards. We have a smoothed and easy process upon buying our new house with streetside development builder. Special mention to Diana Do shes the marketing and sales lead who assist and help us in easy way specially in paper works. Streetside builders is affordable housing and suite what we need. Very reccomendable builders.
