We have had excellent experiences dealing with Arno and the Warranty Repairs department. They have always been professional, responsive, and helpful, and they deserve 5 out of 5 stars. Unfortunately, our experience with the builder itself has been disappointing. Overall, the home and neighbourhood are good, but several issues that we raised after purchasing the home in 2020 were never properly addressed. Hailey Lachambre was amazing to work with throughout our house search. She was patient, knowledgeable, and always made us feel comfortable while showing us different floor plans. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and never made us feel pressured. Her communication was excellent, and she was always quick to answer questions and give honest advice. I would really recommend talking to Hailey at Streetside!
