Biggest hazard on their jobsites is their housekeeping.
We have Really good experience with JC Charles today, He Chose to change company 6 Months ago which I wasn’t aware about. I contacted Jc Because heat/Furnace wasn’t working. Jc Helped me the way he used to be when he was with Street-side. Kudos for Him.
I want everyone on this thread to be aware that when these people build, they're townhomes, they kick people out of homes that they have lived in for years and decades even without a thought, they do not have any care or compassion whatsoever. If you have lived in a property for 5 years or 25, they do not care as they just want you out ASAP to redevelop. so if you put yourself in someone's shoes and being booted out of a home you've lived in that long realize that they don't have any care or compassion to relocate these peop... read more
Buyer beware. I purchased a townhome from this company last year. After one week I noticed my carpet on the stairs was very frayed. I brought it up to the company as it was still under warranty. After multiple attempts to get it repaired they are now blaming me for the damage and saying it's move in damage. I did not move in until a couple months after so that can't be.
