Buyer beware. I purchased a townhome from this company last year. After one week I noticed my carpet on the stairs was very frayed. I brought it up to the company as it was still under warranty. After multiple attempts to get it repaired they are now blaming me for the damage and saying it's move in damage. I did not move in until a couple months after so that can't be. I do not recommend this company. Unfortunately, our experience with their after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. When it came time to make the sale, the communication was excellent and everything seemed promising. However, it’s been 18 months and we’re still waiting for them to address several unresolved finishing issues. Now, all we hear is: “Someone will contact you” — but no one ever does. Very poor customer service. Proceed with caution.
