Horrible company do not use them
Poor planning and development for townhome units with attached garages. Grading done poorly, my neighbour behind my unit is 10+ feet higher than my ground level. They should of backfilled what was un level. In result many units basements flooded in which then they installed in next sets of units a 4.5ft tall by 9ft deep rock retention wall which takes up the entire backyard. Honored to do work for this amazing company, they have an amazing team of project managers, and foreman. Everybody in this Organization cares, they make working for them easy, pay their bills in a timely manner, and have even helped me catch some of my own mistakes. 10 / 10 all day!
Air conditioner in my condo hasn’t been working for weeks and I had people come to check. The conclusion is the product and the installation have big problems and in very poor quality. It can not be fixed unless knock down the wall, tear the floor up. My neighbour, they have been experiencing the same problem for years since they moved in.
