I recently purchased a unit in the grey Heron rise complex, and from the beginning it's been nothing but a nightmare. To promises from site managers who clearly don't know what they are doing. To the service department closing service requests clearly to boost their closures rates and making their ticket closures seem faster only to make the home owner wait longer for any repairs. Update - Purchased new condo Ridgewood West - horrible experience with customer service - 13 months in and still no assistance with repairs due after 1 year - BUYER BEWARE!! Rancho condo board all owned by Qualico! Would not recommend!! I am not happy. I bought a condo which has a defective air conditioner that I am trying to have replaced. The problem is Streetside refuses to contact me.
We found that the Street Side Developments employees, especially the Sales Manager, Shannon Goodwin, are very helpful and informative. They helped us feel very comfortable making our decision to make the biggest purchase in out lives. We would highly recommend this company.
we're excited to be moving to our new Sage Village condo next year. Our sales person, Stefanie was a pleasure to work with. She made the new construction buying process the least stressful as possible.
