I have an older Chevy truck with some power steering problems. Took 3 repairs to get my vehicle repaired properly. Also went to the shop to get a/c repaired after at least 50 hours and minimum 4-5 visits my a/c is still not operating due to a leak after thousands spent with this company I am completely dissatisfied to the point where my money is wasted rather than losing my vehicle for an entire day with no resolution. The communication has always been horrible from the front desk but the work was always done well so we thought. Took my daughters car here mutiple times they performed work. We were ok. Took it this time for one problem they took the car apart for something totally different. Than tried to upcharge us over 600 plus dollars from the other two quotes. Very Professional And Outstanding Customer Service
I had a great experience in working with Street and Sons at their new location on Abercorn. John Fender worked on my 1968 dodge and did an exceptional job replacing the springs -and shocks -- he went above and beyond in customer service and the work he preformed was excellent. I will use them again for future needs! Thanks to everyone at the Abercorn shop!
