ABSOLUTE DISHONEST CROOKS!!! Paid 327 USD for fuel rails, never received item. Due to military deployment our communication went past Ebay/ Paypal waranty, since then I sent them many messages via Ebay/ Paypal and their web, Ph listed here is off (512-989-7297) and new ph (512) 642-3181 never answers - what a dirtbags!!! Stole 327 USD from Army servicemember! :-(
StreetRays is a front for a bunch of crooks I think. Shipped return item back to them with a promise of refund (minus 20% re-stocking fee), BUT NOTHING. It's been months. Be warned, do not do business with these scam artists.
Same as the rest, faulty product, promised refund or replacement then cut off communication. Use at your own risk.
Company refuses to provide refund that they promised due to a damaged item. Had to file case with ebay to get refund. They contacted me and promised an additional refund if I revised my feedback and they did not issue a second refund either. Will not respond to emails, the phone number is disconnected and has blocked me on ebay after trying to contact them there. These guys are a bunch of LIARS and I do not follow through on their promise to resolve the errors.
i canceled my order with them and they did and got back to me couple days later. then they said account will deal with it and ill get my refund in a couple days. sounded weird but went with it. its been almost 2 weeks and still no refund. they have blocked me from contacting them. so now i had to make a paypal dispute. cant beleive they are trying to get away with stealing my money. horrible seller to deal with.
