I had a great experience with Matt. It was easy to get a written estimate and schedule the work. Matt made a special effort to schedule my hitch attachment in time for my wife and me to take our bikes on a planned vacation. Mike ordered the hitch immediately upon receiving my deposit. I was able to wait in a very comfortable chair (with water provided!) while Matt quickly and professionally installed the hitch.
