I ordered a underglow kit April 22nd that was “in stock” I received a call a few days later stating a part was on back order until the following week which is fine, stuff happens. Fast forward weeks later I reach out to the sales rep “Jack” and he tells me his system is down he will have to call me right back. He never does.
