Placed an order. Kept getting delayed for over two hours until it was cancelled because they closed. Trash establishment. Can't wait to see who replaces them when they close.
I ordered via GrubHub. Compare the rest of the reviews, I think it was the best chicken I ever had and onion rings
I ordered through Uber Eats and it was delivered via Wonder. The food was inedible. The chicken wings aren’t spiced with anything but salt. And the 5 onion rings were so heavily salted that we tossed them. The other parts of my order weren’t in the bag, so I got a refund. this is very, very surprising because I’ve been to other Marcus Samuelson restaurants and have never had this experience. Never again.
If I could give zero stars to this place I would! We ordered delivery and got the most disappointing crappy chicken you can ever imagine. The hood chicken spot is 1000 times better than this place will ever be. They didn't even give us a single flat? Don't waste your money here on this overpriced barely edible food. We ordered here because of the well known chef that owns the restaurant but he should be ASHAMED.
I don’t like being baited into supporting companies I normally wouldn’t under any circumstance. When I ordered my meal I wasn’t aware I was supporting Wonder bc it isn’t listed on Uber. Also, your Magnolia “banana pudding” is actually a banana pudding ice cream which also wasn’t transparently explained and very disappointing to see upon arrival. I paid the premium for the OG pudding not whatever it was you sent. Extremely disappointed in the deceptive practices.
