Wings were fatty and small. Didn't come in sauce. Paid for an extra one and did not receive. Chips seasoning not great. Rice crispies was not bad. Delivery early and perfect. Would never order again.
I ordered online and paid. Money was taken from my account and 1hr 30 mins later I’m trying to contact SOMEONE ended up dealing w an AI who informed me my order had been CANCELLED and I WAS LEFT WAITING (having eaten nothing all day) because they didn’t inform me they had cancelled it. Before I even opened up my order, the aroma told me everything I needed to know, AND it actually tasted how it smelled. The fries were perfectly crispy and golden brown with a nice sprinkle of salt. My chicken sandwich was FABULOUS. The crunch was exactly what it needed to be, even having traveled for delivery. I appreciated biting into clean chicken breast with no rubbery or slimy bits. They have more problems delivering their orders than any other restaurant I have ordered from. 50% of my orders never reach me. Too bad as Marcus Samuelson deserves better. “Wonder” is disappointing beyond belief.
Placed an order. Kept getting delayed for over two hours until it was cancelled because they closed. Trash establishment. Can't wait to see who replaces them when they close.
