Eric and his team are the best! Been going here since 2009. I found him randomly online when I first moved to San Diego and decided not to go through insurance after some body damage. I shopped around and he didn't talk to me like I was an idiot like everyone else did. He's worked on 3 of my cars over the years, and now I live in LA and I actually had my car towed there because I don't trust anyone else to work on my cars. So, I called today April 30, 2021 around 10:56am to acquire on some audio equipment and it rang once and then someone picked up, but didn't say anything. They just hung up, and so I called back again, and the same thing happened. So, I tried calling again, and whoever answered, decided to yell in the phone and say "F-OFF" and then hang up. I was scheduled to drop my truck off at a shop (nearby and a competitor to Street Trenz) on July 1st to have them do a leveling kit for my front end and airbags for the rear of my truck. I drove from Alpine and arrived early and the other shop had unexpected business arrive and asked if i could reschedule for next week. I was stuck driving so far and the place didn't have room for my vehicle so that I could leave it.
