The worst experience I’ve ever had in my life, the service is terrible and I will never go back again. Al the owner raised his voice at me simply because I thought the prices were to high even though Even if they messed up they still will charge
Worked here for a bit the owner would get upset abt a little mistake including just putting my charger on a charging port and me not damaging nothing.have seen him raise his voice at a few customers

Absolutely the worst experience getting a U-Haul I could have imagined. The employee that was behind the desk JD he said his name was (guy with spiky hair). Was very obviously under the influence of some type of drug or medication during the transaction. I had my son with me at the time and had him wait outside in the car with my Mother and lock the doors because I didn't feel comfortable with him around this guy. Nodding off while talking to me drooling slurring his words and overall not being helpful due to his condition. ... read more
