A lot can be said about a company by its products or services but to me there is nothing that speaks higher of that than Customer service and the ability to resolve issues. With that being said this is the first experience my Business has had with Street Smart and I would give them more stars if I could with how they have handled our particular situation. Bought a valve body and tehcm for a Chevy 6t40 transmission. Fixed my issues immediately at a fraction of the cost of oem parts that are known to be trouble. Gina was awesome in all of the communication I had with her. Excited to have my car back up and running.
Do not use this company for your transmission needs. I purchased on from them 2 yrs ago. It took almost to months to get it shipped. That transmission once installed never was quite right and it blew up and left me stranded with less than 7k miles on it. They replaced it but didn't pay the 1200 towing bill. The 2nd replacement transmission wasn't shifting correctly from the minute I drove it from the shop. I continued to drive it thinking maybe it was relearning but it never got better. The customer service and communication I experienced with Gina was outstanding. Ordering was easy, as was the handling of a return (not due to a faulty Street Smart component.) Gina made it easy to navigate their system to support the customer (me) throughout the process. Thanks!
