Terrible customer service my mother tried to book her car in for a few things and the owner pretty well verbally abused her over the phone due to her not being able to do it on the day the guys recommended will be taking our 4 landcruisers elsewhere for work his attitude is very disrespectful

John really is the guru of vdj200s, my wife and I purchased a second hand one and it was OK for a while until it wasn't. The issue came down to an expansive fix so when it came to choosing a mechanic to help John's reputation put him at the top of the list. He was honest from the start, told me what the issue probably was but obvioulsy couldn't 100% guarantee it was. John from SQP was recommended to me & would have to be the best in the business as far as I am concerned. I had my 2023 79 series tuned & clutch upgrade done and over the moon with the difference it has made.
