Reuben was on time, very friendly and very professional. After installation he showed me how to navigate the app and explained how the device worked & things we may encounter. They provided the garbage disposal replacement service through our home appliance warranty. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and very punctual with the appointment times they provided. Since the replacement took a couple of days, they made sure we had at least one working faucet in the meantime, which was very thoughtful.
