The technician is very friendly and explained to me that I bought the wrong Moen Flo device that fits an 1-inch water pipe instead of 1.25 inch version. Will contact the guy again after I get the correct device.
The technician Has very good experience to fix my low pressure water leak n changed whole set.
Fantastic service from Street Plumbing & Rooter via First American. They repaired my garbage disposal at zero additional cost and ordered replacement parts. When follow-up issues popped up with my dishwasher and sink drain, they returned each time with great patience until everything was fully resolved. Dependable, professional, and dedicated to finishing the job. Very happy with the service!
Cal provided excellent service. He was prompt, professional, and very respectful of my home. He voluntarily removed his shoes before entering, even after I told him it was not necessary. He completed the bathroom faucet replacement efficiently and did an outstanding job. Kudos to Cal once again for his professionalism and excellent customer service!
If the plumber that was assigned to do our work, Reuben, is an example of the professionalism of the rest of the company, then I will continue to hire from them for all my plumbing needs
