We signed a contract one year ago and we were told our house plumbing and HVAC would be finished within 6-8 weeks. It has now been over a year and it is still not completed. We wanted to be moved into our house by August and it is almost November and we STILL do not have heat or water. We have been in constant communication with the company and we keep getting told they will get it done and then they never show up, or if they do it’s for 5 minutes and they leave. Very rude customer service called and asked for the owner and got hung up on
We contacted this company in December to repair my mother-in-law's plumbing leak. They said they would put in a work order and never showed up. Contacted them numerous times to follow up and then they quit responding to our calls. Very unprofessional. Contacted another company and he was out the next day and completed the job right away.
