Great service, get my oil changed here all the time.
Excellent service. Technician showed me the problem, discussed the price to make repairs, then took me out in the shop again after work performed, showed me their repairs they made, showed me the parts they replaced, smooth check out procedure. I was back on the road in 40 minutes. I highly recommend their business.
I have gone here since they opened. I have never taken any vehicle anywhere else. Last time I was in, they stripped the oil plug. Said it’s my problem to fix. This is not a wear and tear item, it’s something that was over tightened or cross threaded. Hard to prove responsibility because you don’t find out until the next change. If you don’t want to use a torque wrench, be responsible for the consequences. Now I’m stuck with a massive bill to fix their screw up.
