You must be with an agent at all times -:it's to push you to hurry, create urgency. Good luck during the design session as the cash register is chinging without any pricelst like normal builders. We hated the experience . I'd buy a pre-owned next time. At least you see the workmanship ahead which is better than having a house built in 45 days only to have contractors fix things for up to a year after.
They have many different model homes that you can look at. Different sizes, styles, floor plans, floor materials, counter tops, etc.
