Visiting the dentist can be a daunting experience but the team at Street Lane are so welcoming and friendly and make you feel right at ease. Would recommend :) Special thanks to Prenna for being so through and doing a brilliant job each time :)
Dr. Paul Roberts delivers the highest standard of care. All treatment was explained fully in advance and as it progressed. He is a highly skilled professional who cares. Dr. Roberts restored the functionality and appearance of my teeth. I could not be happier with the course of treatment I received and recommend him without reservation. Thank you for your patience, humour and kindness.
Once again Doctor Roberts to the rescue following me taking a knock on the head in the garden and dislodging my three front teeth from my bridge!!! ouch in deed.One phone call and in for a expert no fuss fix and on my way all sorted what more can I say.
My experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I was referred to this surgery by my dentist and was offered an appointment for a paid consultation a month in advance. I filled in their paperwork and was sent a document detailing the appointment (including the price as well as potential charges if I was to miss it). I live an hour away, and the appointment being at 14:00 on a Monday, I planned for weeks to be able to take the day off work and to make sure I can be there on time.
