Guaranteed -he can speak with the prosecutor to resolve the issue and requested to pay him the amount agreed upon - high fees .. based on resolving it when the court time comes and giving the guarantee (will be fixed- my job / reduce fine etc) Found out nothing has been changed and the fine still the same and just lies after lies, could have spoken to the prosecutor and saved myself time and money better than taking that... read more
