Would give 0 Stars but it’s not an option. Worst customer service ever. I ordered a spoiler from them over 4 months ago and was told it would take up to 3 months max. Still don’t have a tracking number. Emailed and called over 20 times this week as they are completely ignoring me. I went to the factory and he tells me that he will give me an update on where my order is and when it will be arriving. That was a month ago. Really good service from Larry and Harry during both the ordering process and installation. Bought a front lip, vortex generator, and spoiler for my wrx. Parts are great quality and colour matching of the spoiler is on point. Was also greatful for Harry taking extra steps to ensure to add support to the taped parts due to the ceramic coating on my car.
Terrible service, order a part that says ready in 24 hours. No updates for over a week so decided to give them a call, took at least 20 calls to finally get through and being told the part is ready. Booked in to pick up the next day at 11am but no one was at the shop when I arrived, called them another 4 times to finally get through and was told someone should be there but no one was here. Subaru WRX ts VN wagon intercooler guard Fits perfectly, looks smart, solid construction.
I ordered the DMAKER STI-spec front lip I’m mostly happy with it besides these weird gaps. It’s been installed where the pop clips sit on the front bumper and with the screws and did lots of adjusting but couldn’t hide these gaps. The previous owner bought the same front lip and it came with a STI badge and had no issues with gaps. Unfortunately seems to be a cheaper made front lip. Bring back the old front lip
