Not very customer service oriented unless you spend $2000 or more. What started out as 6 weeks turned to 8 within 3 days. I will keep everbody posted with the time frame and quality
Shocking customer service I reached out to Street Driven Performance with a few basic questions about a product and shipping to the UK before purchasing. The replies I got from Vladi were extremely short and unhelpful. When I politely mentioned that, he responded with, “Cool story nobody cares” and “You’re still talking to yourself.”
I had Larry tune my 2016 camaro with a supercharged v6 and it turned out great and was finished in a very reasonable time frame,I have been to a lot of performance shops and this was the best experience I’ve had he’s very respectful,responds back quickly, gives you updates on your car and most importantly does the job right.
12 Days. No Tracking. No Professionalism. I ordered 2 parts from Street Driven Performance. For 12 days I received no update and no tracking information, even after asking multiple times. I was chasing this company the whole time and only ever got vague, runaround responses.
