Used to go to Street Brothers for just under a decade. When business expanded and they got more workers, service became increasingly inconsistent, I.e. car problems were fixed temporarily, and would go back to previous state within 3 months, car was also left in a dirty state after serviced, and couple times had to drive back and forth because they forgot to leave keys in car Would not recommend

We've been taking our vehicles to Street Brothers for many years. I never thought to Give them a review, so here it is: We've always had great service, even when my husband calls the shop last minute they accommodate as soon as possible. Oil changes, tire rotation, checking the motor, electronic issues..... Busy place, central Richmond Hill. I would recommend Mark and his team!

I contacted this business for a simple appraisal and provided all the necessary information upfront. The owner never called back. I followed up multiple times over roughly two weeks, and after the delay I was told they were “not comfortable” providing the appraisal. Very poor communication and a significant waste of time.
