I called Street Beats to determine if the problem with my audio system in my Lexus GX460 was a problem that they could resolve. The person I spoke with was attentive, responsive, stated he felt it was a BCM issue and the better option would be to take it to the dealership. I am very appreciative that he gave his time, expertise and validated the causal issue. I can see why they have a 5 star rating. I would highly recommend and use them for any future needs! Thank you! Street Beats is an awesome shop. Larry showed me lots of great options for audio. He took time to explain everything to me. He was also very courteous and transparent about the process and pricing. The installation pro was also super cool. He knows his stuff and was extra careful with our auto. If you have a high-end luxury brand. They will be thoughtful and careful with all of the delicate parts. A++ These guys rule. I am very pleased with the work they did to our transporter!
