The turnover of staff, nurses, and administrators is very, very, high. This factor obviously causes an impact on the care given to the residents due to continual training of new staff on each resident's needs. Cost is very high for room/board rental and the individual care provided is overstated, thus making the care more costly. There is very little quality control from management over the actual care given to residents from the staff.
Meet with the Administrator Ion see made us feel uncomfortable the staff gave us the feeling of they where waling on egg shells We ended up taking mom to Sunny Ridge up the road.
This is a really nice assisted living. The staff is well trained. Overall my mom and the rest of the family are happy with our choice.
