Streamline Renovations did a high quality job building my apartment (aka granny flat) above my son and daughter in law’s garage. It’s a 1,000 sq. ft. one bedroom, one bathroom apartment with an elevator. Morgan Bodden (owner) made the build go smoothly with his professional, calm demeanor. I am very happy with how my home turned out and we would highly recommend them!

Streamline Renovations was very easy to work with during our roof replacement. They were flexible with scheduling and dealing with our insurance claim. The crew did an excellent job tearing off and replacing our roof to meet wind storm certification standards. We decided to install ridgevent and soffit vents in place of the old turbines and I can confirm that our attic is cooler now than it was before due to improved airflow. We remodeled a small home, and he was extremely helpful throughout the process-offering valuable ideas and staying on track with timelines. He went above and beyond to help complete a significant amount of work in a short time. I would definitely use Streamline again.
