This shop is a nightmare to deal with as a USAA customer. In my opinion they try to not include dents in their appraisals in effort to help insurance companies save money. They take a very long time to approve supplements and slow down the process of getting your vehicle repaired. I hope to see USAA cut ties with them for the sake of future customers. Again, all my opinions.
Don’t get your car touched here. They will find short cuts and up charges, then provide terrible quality. Their crew is a skeleton crew and their management are greedy men who rather stroke each others egos then sit down and identify their own shortcomings to be better. It’s a sham and a shame. High turn around rate as well; I don’t want 5 different sets of hands working in my vehicle, inside my vehicle, driving my vehicle.
So far so good! Just dropped my cat off today so I'll update when I pick it up!
Mindy and crew were phenomenal! An Insurance claim is always frustrating, but Mindy took the time to explain the process. Very clean and organized facility as well.
Great group of guys had me in and out within one day replaced my bumper highly recommend definitely will be coming back!
