I’ve used this company once before and had great service, but the most recent visit disappointed me. We asked them to come out to see why our tankless water heater wasn't working. The technician spent less than 10 minutes on site, didn’t open or troubleshoot my water heater, and instead tried to sell me a new unit and municipal filter I didn’t need - claiming the 9-year old unit was not serviceable due to sediment build-up. Had the team from Streamline Plumbing out to install a new RO system for our home and they were amazing, on time, and explained us how to use it and change the filters when the time comes.
Timely, competent service. The technician they sent was friendly, communicative, and helpful. Fixed a leak under the bathroom sink and my kitchen garbage disposal in one trip. Highly recommend.
