Had this duel tank system replaced. Notified them that it wobbles bad, one finger poke it wobbles like me uncle franky on vbs, isn't wall mounted for safety or I'd shut me pie hole. Dodgy welds and construction. They said on the phone when its full it wont wobble, I said ok ill fill it up, they laughed "are you really going to waste all that money?" lol its like $3 a kilolitre. The rudest company I have ever come across ... Because I asked if I could get a call before work order and that didn't happen I wasnt home and at hospital appointment and told I'm rude and got abused on the phone ... Absolutely disgusting. This company and the woman who answers the calls is very unhinged... I definitely would not trust them with them being so unprofessional and displaying threatening behaviour .. not acceptable
Utterly useless company they came to fix a sewer port left a mess i was told to get the broom and wash the concrete and scrub edges myself and the girl in the office is extremely rude and arrogant apparently we have to finish their work for them would not recommend them for anything and the arrogant secretary should be sacked she is extremely rude i guess that means if I wasn't there they would expect my terminally ill mum to do their job for them. Absolute disgrace
