Good company to work for as a sub. We got to work with Jakob and he's a good superintendent.
Streamline has a rigid process and deadlines for draw requests BUT they have great people in AP that will walk you through it. In fact, from a risk management perspective, I have adopted some of the same policies and procedures. As for payment: we have been paid for change orders quickly and on draw requests you get paid according to their set system which is different than some but once you understand it you know when your check is coming. I have worked on multiple projects with Streamline General Contractors as a material vendor. Their professionalism and care for the quality of their work is top notch! They are great to work with and put every effort into creating a safe, clean working environment for everyone on their jobsites.
