Service upgrade Streamline performed a service upgrade on my detached garage. Sam assisted me in coordinating the service upgrade with hydro one and established a day to disconnect from the power line, and reconnect the same morning. The current wire going to the garage was not the correct size for the amount of power I planned to run, and I preferred the wire to be buried, but there are hazards amongst this, I have a weeping bed, and electrical ran to a small storage shed. I Scheduled a quote with Sam, he messaged me an hour before our scheduled appointment time with the following, verbatim text: “Hey, this is Sam Soucie from Streamline Electric. We have an Appt at 9. We won't be submitting a bid for this project, we won't be there at 9. Best of luck.” I replied asking for a reason and he never responded back. Huge waste of my time as I took time off work to accommodate this scheduled quote. Very unprofessional. Would NOT recommend.
