Do not sell your property to this guys. Had my property tied up for almost a year where they were going to buy it they kept assuring me the deal was going thru so I let another buyer go and waited until a week before closing to back out of the deal with no reason… make sure you have someone look at the contracts as well the wording on their contracts allows them to walk away from any deal for any reason and take all the earnest money.. definitely not stand up guys and would encourage anyone dealing with them to be careful…
