Wow, a great shop with honest people. Our tow vehicle Ford truck was misfiring. The tech confirmed the misfire due to faulty #3 coil (spark plugs were fine as I'd replaced them about 18 months ago) but wanted to check into the issue further. We had agreed that if I needed new coils, that I was ready to throw down about $1000. I got a call a couple hours later. Truck was no longer misfiring. Exceptional Service at Ticker Automotive While en route to Tuweep campground, my truck’s radiator hose snapped—far from ideal in such a remote area. We were stranded at the Northern Ridge of Grand Canyon, Tuweep Campground, with a flat tire! 2.5 hours away from civilization on a dirt and rock-heavy road!! They picked us up, ordered and installed a new tire and father and sons of this establishment were awesome people and super price reasonable!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻
