Contacted owner (Timothy)who said to go ahead and come up (hour + drive) and he would meet us there. Texted and waited outside for over a half hour in the heat with no response and no show. I had cash in my pocket and another person with me also looking to buy. He did respond the next day with a text of no problem as I texted him when we were leaving so he wouldn't waste his time.
