One year later, I am still waiting for them to order the part and put it on my vehicle. Everytime me or my wife call is the same answer, the part will get here when it gets here. Don't bring your business here!
They were great until they weren’t. They didn’t call the day of expected pick up. I had to reach out. Then i was told incorrect information about pickup and when i got there it was made out to be my fault. Nobody wanted to take accountability and I was treated poorly. If they had still treated me nicely after a simple miscommunication I would’ve been more satisfied. The miscommunication wasn’t a big deal, it was the way I was treated afterwards that was.
