Very knowledgeable but are currently operating as appointment only. No window shopping.
Jim helped to install the igla security on my car, and explained everything thoroughly. He is also very funny

Professional. Knowledgeable. Trustworthy. I could probably keep going on but those are my top three adjectives. Jim knows what he's doing and like the other reviews say he's not going to push anything on you. I like that he presents his options with solid reasons and leaves it up to you to choose.
