Streamlight customer service sucks ! I've tried to get owners manual and speciality Allen wrench to adjust it Since week before Thanksgiving and here it is 12/31 and after numerous calls I still don't have it. I have only one other dealing with them with similar results. I even offered to pay for it. I will no longer purchase any streamlight products.
